Here’s a great tip from our blog reader Becky….thank you, ma’am!
I have a fairly serious medical condition so it’s important to keep track of medications as I visit docs, etc. And of course my Kindle is always with me. Years ago I developed a medication list, with dosages, etc. as a Word document and would print out a copy in advance of dr. appts. More as a safety precaution, I saved the medication list as a .pdf and transferred it to my Kindle. I was recently in my Immunologist’s office, when he asked if I had an updated medication list. I handed him my Kindle. His secretary just put it on the copy machine and made a copy. Both the Doc and the secretary were mightily impressed. J The same could easily be done with emergency contacts, etc.
